Miami CyberFleet acquires and operates Tesla Cybercab vehicles as a fleet business. The company purchases vehicles, manages their deployment on the Tesla Robotaxi Network, and handles the operational responsibilities required to keep them running profitably.

The Tesla Robotaxi Network handles rider dispatch, routing, and payments. Miami CyberFleet focuses on vehicle acquisition, charging logistics, maintenance scheduling, and utilization optimization. The company does not interact with riders directly.
